Background

Throughout my life I have always liked to cook, and eat. Using those 2 passions, we started the company originally to participate at the New Hope Farmer's Market in 2009. After the first successful year, we are expanding our horizons.

Company Name

I am routinely asked where the name of the company originated. Well, starting in my childhood followed by my teens and adulthood, my mother always called me the 'favorite son'. My two brothers might disagree with that assertion, but that’s my story and I am sticking to it!
