"Just wanted to let you know how much fun I am having with your spice mixes.  We had pork loin chops marinated with the Mole' Rub that we pan fried and there were simply awesome.  Just the right amount of flavor and not too salty!!  I also served jasmine rice with a little Rosemary Rub sprinkled on top.  Wow!  Gives the rice that little extra flavor it needs."
